A PHOTO A DAY



DAY 8 ..
 the evening sky on the River Murray
Both these photos were taken
 while we were "houseboating" on the River Murray.


DAY 9. DAILY ROUTINE
I always begin my day with a 20 minute meditation 
I discovered meditation when I was 12 years of age 
and have meditated every day of my life since .

gardening is a daily process for me ... this is also a form of meditation  

tending to my garden keeps me grounded and balanced !!!!! 

I always end each day by lighting a scented candle ..
mmmmm Lemon is one of my faves ..

    Oh WOW Heather these pics are beautiful.It is so lovely to get a little insight into the lives of the people we chat with in "blog land". Your garden looks so beautiful, I can tell you enjoy it by how beautiful it all looks. Gorgeous pics. I saw this photo a day challenge you are doing, & I contemplated doing it, I would love to, but since going back to work I have been so busy!!! Anyway love all these gorgeous pics.

    What stunning photos of the sky! 20 minutes of meditation a day must be very beneficial, I need to try to make quiet time a priority.

    Love all your photos Heather...the sky one is amazing and I might take a leaf out of your book and light a candle each evening, l too adore candles, not necessarily scented tho, I prefer incense. Yes loving the photography thing. xx
