GOING GRUNGE - Finnabair Style

CSI Case File #61 is ready to solve

loving these colors , yummo .
for more information

here is how I solved the case

'MY WISH'
THIS LAYOUT
is very much influenced by
Finnabair of Poland
I just adore Finn's work and was lucky to attend her classes in Darwin 2012
and again here in Adelaide ...next week Wednesday 6th March .
cant wait .

EVIDENCE
fabric,buttons, string. gold accents
TESTIMONY
From the age of 5 I knew I wanted to be a hairdresser .
I affirmed each day for years, visualising myself owning my own salon.
Visualisation is a very powerful tool .
At age 22 our wish came true .. we opened our first salon.
This was to be the first of seven salons. we chose the name "SALON GEMINI "
this next  section is written on the back of my layout
My twin sister "Laine" and I , had a long and successful career
with many adventures along our journey.
Meeting a huge number and varied array of people.
I wouldn't change any of it .
I truly feel blessed to have chosen something I love and
going to work every day was a pleasure and a joy .
Wonderful memories indeed .

why not pop over to
and be inspired to have a go at solving this case
have a great weekend and enjoy the journey
hugz from me xoxoox

  4. Would you believe I did hairdressing too? The best bit of it was running my own mobile business. to mostly older folks or young mums who found it hard to get out of the house....felt good to help peeps at their point of need. But I HATED colouring & would convince peeps they were ruining their hair & the regrowth was a hideous thing to have!!!! And I HATED makeup & 'girly' stuff like upstyles & when my [then] boss put in a beauty section for waxing etc I flatly refused to train!!! Poor Lindy! She was a SAINT to put up with me for my apprencticeship..I wasn't a natural hairdresser like you, that's for sure:)) LOVE your LO...sorry about the Life Story...just brought back memories!!! I'm doing Finn's w/shop here in Sydney soon - never been before - glad you're getting to go again...great to know she's good, too:):):)
