I created a mini collage of papers at the top of my layout .
I began with a 2 inch strip, added a border punched strip, finished off with an even thinner strip of paper
which I machine stitched these together with black cotton.
Adding more layers with chipboard, blooms and diecuts .
These Christmas papers have a dominant red , but on the back side
they are soft grey as pictured below .

I combined the Vintage Summer collection with a couple of Christmas papers
These collections blend and mix together perfectly.

ReplyDeleteI am not usually such a great fan of black and white (or rather grey toned) colour schemes,, but you can make any colour scheme look fantastic and of course it looks brilliant with that photo! Love the strip at the top with all the layers and additions, looks fantastic!
