Dusty Attic - TWO Tags in matching Envelopes

Hi everybody , welcome to my little blog

Today is my turn on the
Dusty Attic blog 
such a bright and cheery sunny Spring day .

Today I have some " Tags in envelopes " to share featuring the new
"Feather charms"
chipboard design

I began with this design and then decided to make an addition ...

"the word .. LOVE"
 and a small folded circle on the top section of the tag.

I created this brown and white number

 for a special couple who have just become engaged .

I popped on a heart with a little piece of bling 

to mimic the diamond ring .

the tag is under the envelope
where I will write a message to Zivana and Paul

Pale Rust and Black combo - Easel Card

Hello there my beauties,

today I am sharing a card I made for a friend 

I love the combination of rustic and black together 

I used Dusty attic chipboard and added a shiny finish to the 

black heart and cherries .

 the wildflowers chippies are trimmed and I have only used the berries

I truly love the contrast of the black against the pale rust hue .

Snapshot - Dusty Attic mood board

Hello everyone welcome to my little blog
I am so pleased you are here .
I have another gorgeous mood board to share with you ..oozing with chippies from
Dusty Attic 

For this month I chose to go with the deep blue, pale blue/green and add a dash of the pale sandy
 tone and tiny strips of orange
(I always seem to struggle with blue/green , they never seem to photograph as well as other colors , but I hope you get the idea of the color hues.. ).

I love seagulls .. they fascinate me with their behaviour and
the way they flock together to pick up crumbs and food at the beach .
when they sit and watch they appear to be very majestic and aware of their surroundings .

these Jumbo Cogs and String frame are two of my faves
I love placing the circle over the photo to create a frame
 with layering of other elements underneath the photo.

I used a tone on tone effect here .

by leaving a little piece of you behind

in all those you meet along the way .

as many of you know I adore creating tags .

Below is a tag I created with rustic orange and blue/green 

I used Dusty in Colour /Capri which is the perfect contrast 

for the rusty orange . 

I also added some tiny splashes of white which lightens the blue .

this creates contrast and dimension.

Dusty Attic September Mood Board - Ballerina beauty

Hello everyone a great big warm welcome to my blog

Today I am showcasing my Layout for the
  Dusty Attic 
September mood board .

such soft and Pretty pastels 

I decided to use the pinks, lilacs with touches of grey .

I discovered this photograph on Pinterest .

Bringing back happy memories of my childhood when

 I attended Ballet classes twice a week for 8 years..

I loved every minute. 

Dressing up in all the dreamy dresses and twirling around the stage .

And the shoes.. loved the Ballet shoes .

 I achieved the pink tone by mixing  two pinks together (Cranberry and Dusty ) 

 with a dash of white
