COSMO CRICKET SKETCH FOR SCRAPBOOK TRENDS MAG.

over at COSMO CRICKET there is sketch connected with Scrapbook Trends Mag so thought I would give it a go ...
the winner gets their LO in the mag in August ..
thought ... gotta be in it to win it !!!!!

here is the sketch ..

I used the paper I won from the lovely Lee-anne over at "Scraptherapy" ....
Cosmo Cricket Circa 1934 ... love this paper !!!
I kept pretty much to the sketch other than replacing the circles on the top with layering of selected papers ..

an added feature is the "black scalloped frame" on the corner of the tag .. an upcycled piece from some packaging .. I am very pleased with the effect !!!
My journaling..
I wished for a beautiful grand daughter and my WISH came true ..
love you so much my precious girl xo

thanks for droppin' by guys
wish me luck !!!!
the winner will be announced on the 19th March
keeping my fingers crossed
love and hugs, Heather xo

  16. This is GORGEOUS! I love love love that photo, the colors...and loving the journal tags and the stitching!!! Ohhhhhh and I wanted to explain Brookie... she was born with "Port Wine Stains," she has it on about 30% of her body... her face, entire right arm and hand, the entire right side of her chest and her right shoulder blade...anywho...she has been getting laser surgery to remove these 'stains' on her body since she was 6 months old...thursday was #14.....her surgeon doesn't need to work on her face anymore as now it just looks like she has rosy cheeks :)... but her arm, chest and shoulder are still "stained" and needs the lasers to remove them :):):):) Hope this helps explain it better about her :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
