RICH VELVETY COLORS

over at THE COLOR ROOM this week
orange/yellow is a color I rarely use in scrap-booking
but once I got going I loved it .
thanks Lydell for this fabulous palette ..

a beautiful photo of Alisha sleeping.
the flourished frame & love are from IMAGINARIUM DESIGNS
I layered the photo over the frame just allowing the flourish to show.

I cut up the Prima flower stems and made a little cluster/posy of glass flowers

beautiful rich velvety colors ..

thanks for looking everyone
big hugz from me xoxo

  24. Hi dear Heather! This was wonderful your page, I told the TCR site, is not it!? The photo is fantastic, very beautiful and gave softness to LO! Well, actually the idea of sewing on my page came from the brasilian site Rio Scrap (http://scraprio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5274&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0), he was inspired by a project of Pamela Young at this link: http://pamelasworldofscrap.blogspot.com/2011/09/making-stitched-grid.html
But I think when something inspires us, we are always allowed to use, does not it? Kisses!
