this week there is a magnificent palette

here is my take 

EVIDENCE

I used
striped small piece of paper

a tangerine Rhinestone.. top left hand corner cluster

braiding ( along the top of the banner)

frame.. I framed the photo and also added a small frame under the corner of the pic

I used glossy accents on the title .. to create reflection 

 MY JOURNALING

I journaled in a curious and reflective manner

and used the words WONDER and CHANGE !!

at the moment I have just finished cutting up fresh peaches .. my fave fruit ...delicious !!!!

below is my take on the challenge

 I love the look of monochromatic themes

this olive green is so rich and earthy .

I used some texture paste here to add definition .

"REFLECTION"

A LO I created using a magnificent photo I took of 

Mt Cook reflected in the lake .

I could live in New Zealand .. such beauty and peace.

water fascinates me ....

woohoo !! I am so  thrilled to be a guest designer over at

this site is the brain child of Angi Barrs and Yvonne Yam

creating items using at least one up-cycled item .

challenge #9 is to create an inspiration board.

my up-cycled items are

lace doilies, buttons, dressmaking tissue, muslin 

 my idea was to turn a canvas inside out and embellish it with chipboard

and design some tags which hold affirmations .

my intention is to create some more tags through the year and have 

7 each week ... 

so I can pick a tag each day

 and have a positive affirmation to repeat to myself all through the day 

above is my old lace doilie.

 my canvas turned inside out 

my upcycled items were some old doilies from the second hand shop

 ( I purchased 20  for $5 .. a bargain) 

some buttons and a strip of old dressmaking tissue
