This book contains lots of pockets and tags leaving heaps of room for photos, quotes and hidden journaling.

I spied this darling little buzzing insect, working meerily on a DAISY in my garden and I was lucky enough to capture it with my zoom lens. "lucky hey ??"
"nature".... there is nothing quite like it ???!!!

Thanks girls for attending my class today ... you are a great bunch ... I dont usually teach layouts as I seem very "addicted" to creating mini books, but it was really lovely to teach something different for a change.
I felt having both a boy and a girls page worked well and keeps everyone happy.
you all did such an amazing job... great work indeed !!

FATHERS DAY CELEBRATION

CELEBRATING FATHERS DAY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO OUR FAMILY...
time spent together is priceless .... time is the greatest gift one can give.
To Our beautiful, special, precious daughter Tardy, son in law Jair, and grandchildren Dakota and Ella Jai. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful loving family.
Thanks for the gorgeous card and gift you gave to dad, and for all the beautiful words you guys wrote in the card... dad could tell it was written from the heart and he will treasure it always. I have put it with all the other precious collection of cards you have given us. love ya darlings.xoxo

we celebrated with Jairs family as well .. thanks Guys for making it such a fantastic day to remember.

Mark ( our treasured son) who was killed 11 years ago as a result of a motor cycle accident is always with us in spirit and he sends love and hugs from heaven.

Tulips in my garden

a quick post to show off my tulips
when we arrived back from Queensland I was so excited to spy my tulips in flower.
I was given the bulbs and as I had never planted tulips before, I was wondering what colout they would be and how they would go ...
they are just stunning.. an electric pink!!!
these are some shots from yesterday and today in between the rain.
Isn't nature the BEST !!!! I JUST HAD TO SHOW THEM OFF !!??

WE'RE BACK

we've arrived back ..
I even did some posting from up there isn't technology amazing??
feeling a little weary though after 2 late nights in a row ( 2.30 a.m.)
the weather was fantastic up in sunny Queensland.... about 23 during the day and 12 at night ....
had a great time catching up with Chris and her family and the party was amazing!!
we had very loud live music and a visit from the police at midnight .... too much noise for the neigbours.... poor darlings !! the time went so fast we didnt realise how late it was..... noisy naughty 60 year olds !!?? ...any waaaaay !!!!
can't take these late nights though or should I say early mornings ?? any more !!!!

we caught up with Darryl and Meredith in Brisbane...fabulous to see them again after such a long time ...




NOOSA one of my favourite places in the world...
